Do I need any previous filmmaking experience or equipment?
None at all! We provide all professional cameras, audio gear, and editing software. All you need is enthusiasm.
What actually happens on an Introductory Course?
You’ll work in small teams alongside industry professionals to plan, shoot, and edit a short film from scratch, culminating in a cinema screening.
Will this interfere with my school, college, or work?
Our courses are usually scheduled outside standard school/work hours (evenings, weekends, or half-term holiday blocks)
Do I gain a qualification?
You will be presented with a BFI certificate to keep to show that you attended the course and we run a Google Badges scheme specifically to show potential employers the key skills you have gained to work in roles in film and TV
